Cancellation Policy

At Elyssium we value your business and do our best to accommodate all of our clients in a timely fashion. In an effort to maintain an efficient schedule, we minimize last-minute cancellations by applying a fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

We require all clients to provide a credit or debit card to be added to our system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 fee will be charged to your card on file. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment and we are unable to accommodate you, it will be considered a same day cancellation. Future appointments can not be scheduled without the payment of this fee.

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Your choice of text message and/or e-mail reminders will go out as a courtesy. Please avoid late arrivals and missed appointments to help us better serve our guests by providing enough notice so that we can fill your appointment time and avoid cancellation fees.

Continuity of Care

All Elyssium team members are highly trained professionals in their respective fields (medical doctor, registered nurse, licensed esthetician, etc.). While we will do our best to accommodate requests to be seen by a particular provider, due to circumstances outside of our control this may not always be possible. It is our priority to ensure that you receive the highest quality care, and that we maintain our schedule despite unforeseen circumstances such as provider illness or emergencies. Therefore, while we assure you that you will be well-cared for, we cannot guarantee that you will always see the same provider.


At Elyssium we stand behind the quality of all of our products and services. We acknowledge that while. Elyssium products are very tolerable, they are significantly potent and on a rare occasion may not be tolerated. We do accept exchanges on products, but will ask you to describe any adverse reaction you had so that we may ensure proper use, and if needed report the information to our supplier. Results obtained with various procedures varies from person to person, as will be reviewed in your consultation and consent documents. While we do strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with each client to ensure superior results, we are not able to provide refunds for products or services. In the case of an unforeseen reaction or problem, your matter will be addressed individually by a member of our management team to come up with an agreeable resolution.

Children and Parental Consent

Clients under 18 years of age must have parental consent in order to receive treatments at Elyssium. This requires that a parent or legal guardian be present at the initial appointment and agree to a course of treatment. If desired, the parent or guardian may provide written consent to perform subsequent treatments without their presence, so long as the client is 15 or older and able to follow instructions. In order to ensure proper follow-up and home care, our staff may request parental presence, or phone consultations with the parent during the course of treatment.

For the safety of your younger children, it is best that alternative arrangements be made for them while you are having treatments at Elyssium. Keep in mind that all those present in the laser room must wear protective eyewear at all times and not disrupt the laser technician during treatment. Also, younger children may not be left in the waiting room as the staff is unable to monitor them and cannot be responsible should they wander into treatment rooms or out of the facility. Pets Policy

At Elyssium, we love all creatures, but cannot allow pets into the facility. Please note that Elyssium is a medical facility and strives to maintain a hygienic, allergen-free environment for all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
