Does Titan Non-Invasive Facelift Really Work?
Many who come to Elyssium inquiring about the Titan tell us that they have heard mixed reviews on the Titan non-invasive facelift. They wonder “does it really work?” Here is what you need to know…
- Titan is not for every situation. If there is a great deal of loose, hanging skin and underlying fat, on the neck or abdomen for example, Titan may not make a significant difference. Therefore, we do not recommend Titan in all situations, and we make certain to relay realistic expectations during the consultation, individualized for each client.
- Results are very operator dependant. How effective the Titan treatment is depends to a large extent on who is doing the treatment. There are many techniques that have evolved over the years that make the Titan treatment more tolerable, allowing for higher settings, and a more effective treatment. Also, things such as the placement of the pulses, the nuber of passes, and the setting themselves greatly impact the effectiveness of Titan treatments. At Elyssium, all of the RNs undergo initial and ongoing training from the Medical Director on the optimal way to perform the Titan. Also, if needed, the physician may be consulted to advise or provide treatment in more difficult cases. Our goal is complete satisfaction of all of our clients.
At Elyssium, we make every effort to stay aware of new technologies for non-invasive treatment of the skin. We are pleased to say that in our opinion, there remains no other non-invasive tightening procedure that can achieve what Titan can. Although results are variable and regimens do need to be customized, we have seen our patients achieve significant reduction in deep and fine lines, tightening of the skin that lasts. There are no incisions, no foreign substances, no implants, no injections, and no medications. We educate all clients that Titan is not a quick-fix. Titan involves is a process that causes stimulation and “coiling” of collagen, resulting in tighter, smoother, younger-looking skin. This process takes time. Most see results following their first treatment, but it depends on the degree of skin laxity and other factors. The peak of accellerated collagen production appears to be at 12 to 18 months after the last procedure (most require 3 procedures)! So all that time, you are experiencing increased collagen production, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, and an overall more youthful appearance.
