6. Wear clothing made from fabrics that block UV rays – cotton and linen are good materials for this purpose
7. Use umbrella or parasol in sunny weather 8. Avoid laying on the beach near water where you can see yourself shining

Keep the sun off your skin as much as you can by wearing sunscreen, clothes, and hats. Avoid direct sun exposure to your skin during peak hours of sunlight. When you do go out in the sun, wear clothes and hats that cover your arms and legs.
